In the past year I have built several niche websites that now make me more than $1,000 every month. Actually the process of building these sites is quite simple. It is a matter of doing good keyword research, using a plain template for your site and writing and promoting unique content. There really is very little cost in getting started, but there are some tools that will make the process easier and speed things up. They can all be purchased all at once or you can buy them as your budget allows.
John Xfactor’s Adsense Master Course is a necessity. This guide gives you a very simple plan to follow that will get you making money within a short amount of time. This is not a get rich scheme and if you think the money will come without work, you will be disappointed. However, there is nothing that keeps you from outsourcing the work necessary to build profitable websites. But it is a good idea to build 4 or 5 on your own just so that you understand what making a profitable site involves.
The first thing you are going to need is hosting. I swear by Hostgator. I have used other hosting companies and Hostgator is far superior. They have excellent customer service that is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. They have an account that will allow you to host unlimited domain for $4.95 per month. Since I sell websites, I have the reseller account which is $24.95 per month.
I have never purchased domain names from anyone but GoDaddy. They are reasonably priced, give good customer service and it is easy to push domains with them.
I swear by plain templates. One of the best ways to get people to buy or click is to not distract them with a pretty site. I am not saying that you need an ugly site, but less it more and a plain site works well for me. I use the Clickbump Engine. It is extremely easy to use and is designed for niche websites that have adsense and affiliate programs.
Keyword research is something that is quite important. Micro Niche Finder and Market Samaurai are the most popular tools for doing keyword research. These tools help you locate keywords that have moderate to high search volume and low competition. I also use a company called GetArticlesDone.com. They are located in Germany and do a good job of writing articles that sound like they were written by native born English speaking authors. I have ordered from them several times and their writing is consistent.
This process is for making money is not fancy and you will not get rich overnight, but if you are consistent and you keep at it, the potential to have a six figure income is definitely there. Even if you only have a few hours a day to put into this, you will see money as long as you don’t give up.
