It has become more common for professional to say that debt will cause weight gain. And I have always known that the problem was bigger than just eating too much. There is usually something going on in our lives that we are treating with food. And for me, I guess I would have to admit it was debt. Even after having gastric bypass surgery, I was still left with the same problems I had before my weight loss procedure.

While I did lose 82 pounds, I was one of the people that was able to gain weight once all the dust cleared. My weight has bounced around for the past 2 to 3 years. At my highest, I regained 25 pounds and a few years ago I lost 19 of it and kept it off for a year. In the past year I have gained again. Now, I am on the way back down again. Hopefully, for the last time this time. I do believe that a lot of the problem does stem from my debt. But I am now starting to get a good handle on that also.

I am happier with my life now than I have ever been and this is the biggest motivator to accomplish other goals. I have a goal board and I have the capacity to reach my financial goals by selling some of my websites. I have more sites than one person can effectively manage and I am willing to part with some to eliminate a few of these smaller debts. I had never really thought about selling these sites, but if it is going to get me ahead financially and emotionally, it is time. Some of these sites are being ignored. With 30 to 60 days of TLC, I can make enough off of these sites to some financial obligations off in the next 60 day.

I have also set some weight loss goals that should be very attainable. I need to lose about 35 more pounds and I should be able to do that as long as I don’t encounter major stress or disruption to my schedule. These are things that tend to make me want to compulsively overeat. I also have to set some business goals and I am not really sure where I want to go with that. The one thing I know is that I need to form an LLC and I am going to do that before the end of the year. Most likely it will happen in about 90 days.

My Journey to a Full Time Online Income

This is going to outline my journey for making money online. Many people have done this in the past and are making a full time income by working when they want and where they want by using the internet and other tools that are available to them. This is my journey to $100 a day with adsense as my main method of monetization. And I have mostly followed the Xfactor method of building websites.

I have around 65 sites. Most of them have 5 pages or less and a handful of them I have had for several years and have many posts. March was my first month of earnings that exceeded $1,000 and April will be very close to the same. And while it is true, this is a numbers game, I am beginning to become overwhelmed by the number is sites that I have and I am ready to change my approach a little bit to try to increase my earnings and simplify my method.

My goal is to concentrate on 10-20 sites. I would like to have each of these sites making a minimum of $10 per day by the end of the 2010. I am looking to be making at least $100 per day by this time. Since, I really enjoy writing; I will be selecting the sites that I enjoy the most and are already performing well. I am hoping to get most of these sites built out to at least 50 pages. Since I work full time, I am going to set my goal at 150 pages per month. This is a very aggressive goal for me.

My main method of promotion will be article marketing and I will probably buy profile backlinks. I have found a service that provides 2,000 for $25. Most of my sites should be old enough to support this type of backlinking. I will also probably do some social bookmarking and some RSS feed submissions. I also use a service called Blog Blueprint. It is similar to Linkvana when it comes to building backlinks. And that is pretty much it. I will post regular updates on my progress as well as my earnings.

Goals for the New Year

It is time for the New Year and it is time for getting things together. I have set almost all of my goals and I am still working on the plans to execute them. One of my financial goals is to build more website and get them generating revenue within a short amount of time. Bedding sets king is one of my new sites. I plan on having all of my credit card debt gone in less than a year. Cheap down comforters is another site I have built in the last month. Health goal is to lose 30 pounds this year, but I don’t do well with weight loss. So, I am going to set the goal through an exercise plan and a food plan. The other sites that I have built in the last month are Mission Style Lamps and down mattress pad.
